Since the beginning, there've always been misguided sun worshipers out catching rays, as well as sun stroke. But as time went on, it was the intelligent, shade seekers who rose to the top of the evolutionary heap. Now, you can cement your own position at the top of the food chain with the ARB Awning.
Mounting to your vehicle's roof rack, the ARB car shade is always there when you need to shun the sun. It deploys in less than a minute, and the telescoping legs let you dial in just the right height. Plus, the included pegs and guy ropes make sure things stay shady, even in windy conditions.
Crafted from durable PVC-lined polyester fabric, this UV-protected roof rack awning keeps the elements at bay. What's more, when you're done soaking up the shade, it rolls up and stows safely away in a heavy-duty bag. That way it's fresh and ready to block the sun at a moment's notice. To top it off, ARB backs it with a 2-year warranty.

I bought the smallest and medium sized awnings and the awning room, almost as an impulse buy, for a camping trip. BEST INPULSE BUY EVER. Everyone at my camp site was impressed by my setup. It looks great, is sturdy, and does a great job. 10/10 recommend. To give you and idea of the quality, I have my awning bolted straight to my roof rack. I took it through the car wash, and the wash got caught between my awning and rack, and stopped my vehicle. No damage to the awning. Props ARB.

We took our first trip with our awning July 4th weekend to the beach. We were able to buy a few supplies at our local hardware store to mount it to our roof rack and it was pretty simple to install. It withstood very high winds on the beach, no problem. We also bought the mosquito net attachment and we were so glad we did, as the bugs were horrible. If we didn't have our tent I would have been perfectly fine camping out under our awning. Great product and will definitely buy ARB again.

Recently purchased a 2500 series awning for a beach trip. It was very windy during our 4 day stay at the beach, but the awning held up very nicely. Pretty tricky putting up the awning in windy conditions, but possible with two people. Once the awning was up, there was very little movement and the awning was very stable. Several people stopped and asked about it, so I hope I helped make a few sales to ARB. The material appears to be very durable, and the corners are double lined. Great purchase!!

This awning is great and exactly what we were looking for to attach to our van. I like that you can slide the bolts to where ever you need to. The only down fall was that it was heavy and attaching it without a helping hand was not possible.

...but this awning does! This thing is excellent, amazing coverage, not as bulky or heavy as I anticipated. with no awning experience, there were 2 things that stand out that separate it from the awnings that cost twice as much. 1. difficult to setup alone, but do-able; even more difficult to break down alone. 2. cannot open partially - all or nothing.
