    Description

Discover what it’s like to run on max energy. In as few as 10 minutes, Hypertech’s Max Energy Programmer reprograms your ride for the ultimate spark – you can gain up to 176 horsepower on your stock diesel rig, or up to 57 ponies on your gas-fueled beast. Expertly-mapped tuning means that your hp doesn’t decrease, no matter the RPM you’re running. Plus, the Hyper Tech Tuner keeps temps low without the de-fueling that kills momentum.

Feel the crackle of power beneath the hood and enjoy increases in torque and MPGs. You don’t even need to stress about changing fuel because Max Energy Tuners are packed with programming for premium or regular fuel. And, for qualifying vehicles, your speedometer and odometer are adjustable to accommodate tires up to 54” in size. If your tires’ speed rating is higher than stock, the Max Energy provides the option to up your speed limiter.
Hypertech Max Energy Power Programmers always optimize your transmission settings so you’re in the right gear. Keep it up to date by hooking it up to your PC, via the included USB cable, and downloading all the best tunes and updates online. You can return to stock settings at any time if you get tired of your custom tune. Hypertech covers your Max Energy with the protection of a Lifetime Warranty.

This is the only programmer I have used but it seems to work great. Truck shifts better and my mpg has gone up. I also did an exhaust and intake at the same time.

Turned off the AFM, stiffened the trans 50% made few other adjustments. The AFM in vehicles is a joke! I have driven roughly 1000 miles since I programmed my suburban and I am getting better gas mileage by 2mpg (not much but better). I have no other mods to my burb at this time. Definitely better get up and go from the low end. Shifts feel a little stiffer. Actually fun driving the suburban now. I drove it for 26,000 miles before the programmer. I can feel the slight changes in the drive.

Had a hypertech programmer for my Silverado years ago and thought I would try it on my Nissan pro4x Frontier v6 with a six speed manual. I have it tuned just at 87 octane. Definitely feel the difference. Also gained a 1-2 mpg more.

Had to download the program to be able to install. Wasn't difficult but thought the product should have already been up to date for install. Price is a little high for any gains in power or adjustability. I bought it mostly to disable the afm which it does do. Didn't notice any changes with regular fuel but did notice better mileage and better performance with premium.
