Why the transmission temp is not a standard gauge on a Tundra with a towing package is absurd. Now I can see oil temp and torque converter oil temp also...great.

    WORTH THE EFFORT

I put one in my diesel a few years ago. It's a nice little unit. Then I bought a Jeep and wanted to know about the trans temp when towing as I didn't want to lose another trans like in my small pu. Gauges were available, but adapters were tough to find. Then I heard that ScanGauge had added a code to access trans temp in a Jeep & I'm feeling better about towing with my Jeep. Definitely worth the effort to look it up & program the unit. Just wish they sold a piggy-back adapter for the dlc.

    Nice unit

works as advertised, but display could be larger, I'm 60 years old and my eyesight isn't as good as it was, a bigger display would make focusing a little quicker so I can get my eyes back on the road. or optional plug in displays that give an analog appearance for temperature, boost etc.

    Love it!
