Looks and fits like OEM. Only negative is that due to design of how mirror is attached to housing there sometimes can be a very slight vibration. Original mirror is notched at housing. Meaning if you manually adjust there are clicks. Where this mirror has no notches. It is not enough vibration to effect the use and usually on occurs at idle and even then is rare but the original never has this issue so not a perfect replacement.

Now that I have my mirror on, I am very happy with it. I was NOT happy though, to find NO instructions were included with my mirror. I even got on the Live Chat to ask about instructions, and was assured that there would be complete instructions included. And another reviewer said they replaced theirs in 5 minutes, in the rain. I spent a lot of time on Google, to find instructions and videos to assist me. And, I had trouble reaching all the nuts with the tools I had available.

The mirrors are awesome for towing our 31 foot camper and everyday driving. Will continue to buy from them.
