    Great replacement!

These Russell Brake Lines are a great replacement for the stock rubber lines in my 1997 Chevy Silverado. They won't help me stop any faster, but MAN does that brake pedal feel better!

Dorman stainless steel brake line kit

Reviewed By Scott Z (Buckhannon, WV) Reviewed for a 2003 Chevy Silverado —2/17/2017 7:40 PM

This is the first time I had tried the prebent line kits, as a mechanic I usually make my own. But for the price is was great to just pull them out of the box and put them right on. All the lines were bent and flared correctly and were a great fit. Saved me time instead of making my own. If you own a Chevy pickup, you know the brake lines are junk, instead of fixing them one at a time as they rust up, spend a couple hours and just knock'em out and be done.

    Nice brake lines

Reviewed By Alan D (Bay City, MI) Reviewed for a 2009 Chevy Silverado —4/12/2016 2:09 PM

These seem to be very high-quality brake lines, durable and well-made. Only thing I do differently is modify the old brackets from the rubber lines and try to use them with the new stainless Ines that are not provided.
