Had the MIT for a few weeks now. No noticable difference in fuel economy, a little noise when you get on it. People are making it sound like it changes the sound of your engine at all times. It does not. Looks much better than stock does under the hood. Overall not a bad intake for the short money, i paired mine up with a k&n filter.

    Best for the $

Better acceleration and nice tone. Also used the AEM dry filter.

Fit and finish is pretty good. Didn't really trust the threads for one of the fittings much, but managed okay. Was very surprised by how throaty of a sound my intake now puts out. As far as performance and mpg maybe .5mpg difference if any, and performance unable to tell. I'm sure there was a gain but not by the seat of my pants on a 6000lb vehicle. If you tow a lot and require greater than 1/2 throttle or so the sound would get old, just my $.02 Would buy again

    Easy install

Was very simple to put on, took me only 10 minutes. Makes the engine space look tidier.
