Luckily I have installed a few of these on Ram trucks. This one for sure was the most difficult. Had a little trouble getting the intake hose and intake box to fit properly. A little fidgeting and it finally went in. Directions where a bit iffy. But once in it performed as advertised.

This was a great upgrade to my Ram 1500. The instructions are not the best. It is hard to determine which bolts go to which part of the intake. I think the pictures could better show some of these parts. This CAI does as advertised. It sounds great above 3,000 rpms and I noticed a little better mileage. I noticed the truck feels a bit more responsive as well. Overall, a great addition!

All of the reviews are correct. The 63 series makes your engine growl compared to the stock sound. I haven't had mine installed too long, but my fuel economy has gone down. I attribute that to me wanting to hear the motor and stepping on it every chance I get.

Very easy to install. This CAI seems to be what my truck has been missing. I've noticed a small power increase and a very noticeable sound increase, my exhaust even has a different sound when I get on it. I wish I would have bought one sooner

Installation is not too bad but the crankcase breather hose connection to the tube could be better. The bend in the hose has to be too tight, supply a 45 degree elbow or move the connection to make it a better connection. There is also no reason to put the air flow sensor at the back of the tube and have to run the extension cable all the way under it.

The kit was pretty easy to install, I was surprised K & N required you to cut hose to install it. Increased mileage 1 mile per gallon.

The rubber tubing that comes with this seems to be to large and rigid for its purpose. besides that the install was easy, albit time consuming. Result. Sounds great, works great and looks great. reccommend for anyone, just take your time working through the install if you are not experienced.
